Summary

The Danish National Archives have just launched the website https://digidata.rigsarkivet.dk/. This makes it easier for researchers and students to find and gain access to our large collection of research data (approx. 3000 datasets, primarily from surveys) and administrative data (approx. 6000 datasets, e.g. registers such as the Conscription Register and the Taxpayer Register).

Description

In this webinar, we will show how you can use https://digidata.rigsarkivet.dk/ to:
- Search data descriptions on several levels
- Filter your search so you find exactly what you need
- Read documents that belong to data (e.g. questionnaires, reports, system descriptions)
- Download available data
- Apply for access to data that is not freely available in an easy way
- Cite and refer to specific datasets using DOI
