True progress requires collaboration that transcends borders, disciplines, and institutions—uniting diverse perspectives to drive meaningful change.

Open Science Fair 2025

Description

This year’s OSFair will explore how diverse forms of collaboration can accelerate discovery, enhance knowledge accessibility, and create a more transparent and equitable research ecosystem. By fostering open and inclusive cooperation across continents, we can build a stronger, more connected scientific community.

Join us from September 15th to 17th at CERN in Geneva as we come together to co-create the future of Open Science! Whether you're an advocate, practitioner, or newcomer, OSFair 2025 is your platform to connect and contribute.

Stay tuned for announcements on more specific topics, speakers, sessions, participation and sponsorship opportunities!

Keep up with all OSFair 2025 news and updates on the event’s official Social Media accounts on LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

Who?

OS FAIR 2025 is organised as an emblematic initiative of OpenAIRE, a not-for-profit organisation to ensure a permanent open scholarly communication infrastructure to support European research. This year the event will be co-organised with and hosted by CERN Open Science Office

What?

OS FAIR 2025 aims to bring together and empower open science communities and services; to identify common practices related to open science; to see what are the best synergies to deliver and operate services that work for many; and to bring experiences from all around the world and learn from each other.

Call for contributions
