Streamlining how users access data

 In June 2024, PROGEDO implemented a major upgrade to its data repository, Quetelet-Progedo-Diffusion, streamlining data access. A new interface has been set up—backed by a help desk and ticketing software, Zammad — making it now possible for users to discover, identify and request data of interest all through a single entry point. The requested data are then made available to users via a secure file sharing space based on Nextcloud.

How I do request data?
While browsing, add data of interest to your ‘shopping cart’ by clicking on ‘Add to cart’. Once finished, log in using EduGAIN or by setting up an account. Follow the provided step by step instructions to finalise and submit your data request. The Quetelet-Progedo-Diffusion team will then get in touch with you within a few days.

How do I get in touch with the Quetelet-Progedo-Diffusion team regarding my data request?
Once you have submitted your data request, you can directly interact with the Quetelet-Progedo-Diffusion team via email. Simply reply to the automatic email you received confirming receipt of your data request.

How do I access data once I have been approved?
Once the Quetelet-Progedo-Diffusion team approves your data request, you will receive an email with log-in information for your personal space on Nextcloud. Here you can access the data (in CSV, STATA, SPSS, SAS formats) and any accompanying documentation for up to 3 months.
